National projects
Project: Design of innovative technological system for WEEE treatment (J-05-LVPA-K-01-0022)
Place: JSC Elektronikos Perdirbimo Technologijos, Vilnius, Lithuania
Objective: To design infrastructure of scientific research and experimental development to create prototype of WEEE treatment
Duration: March 2017 to September 2020
International projects
Project: Multiscaled Smart Metallic and Semiconductor Electrodes for Electrochemical Processing and Devices
Acronym: SMARTELECTRODES
The aims of the Project:
- To develop long lasting collaborations between four academic (Vilnius University, Lithuania; Institute of Applied Physics, Moldova; Clarkson University, USA; Research Institute for Physical Chemical Problems of BSU, Belarus) and two companies (JSC Topaz, Moldova and JSC “Electronics Treatment Technologies”, Lithuania);
- To develop new electrodes (based on chalcogenides, iron group metals and “technological” electrodes) by well-established institutions;
- To increase career perspectives of each participant that will lead to benefit of each member and partnership as a whole.
Duration: January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2022
This Project aims to become a distinctive Research and Training platform that will generate a pool of highly skilled researchers capable of designing, synthesizing, characterizing and managing application-validated materials suitable for sustainable industrial activities. The seconded staff will be trained in the fields and topics that are of high relevance for the needs of industry and society.
